As an HR Administration & Data Analytics Specialist, you will be a key part of our HR department, responsible for the accurate administration of employment contracts and payroll processing. Simultaneously, you'll contribute to strategic decisions through in-depth analysis of HR data. Your precision and analytical skills will not only ensure compliance with legislation but also provide valuable insights for optimizing our HR processes and strategies.
HR Administration & Payroll:
Full and accurate administration of employee personnel files – preparing, processing, and registering all documents related to hiring, absences, and termination of employment relationships according to the Labour Code of Bulgaria.
Monthly payroll processing – collecting, verifying, and entering data for working hours, bonuses, deductions, and other elements affecting remuneration.
Preparing and submitting declarations and reports to the National Revenue Agency (NRA), National Social Security Institute (NSSI), and other institutions.
Tracking and managing schedules for annual leave, sick leave, and other types of absences.
Advising employees on matters related to labour legislation and internal HR policies.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Collecting, processing, and analyzing various HR data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs, training effectiveness, engagement survey results).
Identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvements in HR processes and strategies.
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations with key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR team and management.
Proposing data-driven solutions to optimize personnel costs, increase engagement, and retain talent.
Participating in projects for implementing and improving HR systems and software, with an emphasis on data analysis capabilities.
University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role – HR Administrator or Payroll Specialist.
Excellent knowledge of the Labour Code and social security legislation in Bulgaria.
Strong analytical skills and a solid data-driven mindset.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, charts) – mandatory! Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a significant advantage.
Attention to detail, precision, and responsibility.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
