WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit or a similar finance role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

You have a strong sense of customer service and good analytical skills.
You are comfortable presenting, and you can explain financial insights to non-finance people - and actually get them to listen and understand.

Ideally you have had personal or professional experience abroad and you are excited to live another one in the future with DECATHLON.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Thanks to your financial skills and experience, you help store directors make the best decisions. You train them, help them build reliable forecast and budget, and analyze the return on investment of their projects.
You regularly analyze the performance of the business units in your scope.
You target the priorities of your business units with the regional leader.
You help optimize the P&L expenses, including net margins, personnel, facilities, and overhead.
You drive value generation and asset efficiency across inventory and fixed capital in your scope.
You track key performance metrics continuously and propose actionable solutions to boost financial outcomes.
You serve as a trusted advisor, guiding operational teams on how strategic choices affect financial results.
You partner closely with domain experts, including accounting, HR, operations, and expansion leaders.
You guide business units in establishing realistic target models aligned with overarching corporate strategies.
You maintain high standards for projection accuracy, precision, and relevance over various timeframes.
You flag potential financial risks to protect budget targets while defining, driving, and monitoring corrective initiatives.
YOUR DEVELOPMENT & CAREER PATH
