Customer Service Agent

This is a full-time Customer Service Agent role based in Sofia, with flexibility for remote work. As a Customer Service Agent at DECATHLON Bulgaria, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include active communication by phone - incoming and outgoing calls regarding customer inquiries, providing the best possible service to our customers, and resolving any issues by email/chat and internal customer query processing systems. This is a hybrid role where you will primarily work from our office in Sofia, but some work-from-home is allowed.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good computer and typing skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Bulgarian and English
  • Knowledge of sports or outdoor activities is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
