In Bulgaria we operate 13 brick & mortar stores across the country and a rapidly growing online store, offering a full range of more than 25 000 products.

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team and take on the development and implementation of our email marketing and push notifications activities.

YOU WOULD BE THE CAPTAIN OF:

  • Omnichannel Strategy - you don’t just "send emails"; you design a cohesive communication vision across Email, Push and other CRM channels to keep our users active and inspired.

  • Day-to-Day CRM Operations - you’ll be hands-on in our CRM platform (Salesforce), managing the end-to-end campaign process - from planning with commercial teams to final deployment.

  • Automation & Lifecycle Journeys - you design and optimize "always-on" automated triggers that deliver the right message at the perfect moment.

  • Data-driven segmentation – you implement customer knowledge into email segmentation and content personalization with the objective to maximize retention, engagement and revenue

  • Other direct marketing activities – you are in charge of strategy, planning and campaign execution in other targetable communication channels, including, but not limited to, push notifications, both web and mobile

  • Creative Excellence - you craft compelling copy and collaborate on visuals that stop the scroll, ensuring our brand voice is consistent, tailored to respective digital channel specifics

  • Performance Analytics - you are responsible to monitor KPIs, run A/B tests and turn "open rates" into actionable insights for continuous growth.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Passion for sports – sport is at the heart of everything we do, we practice sports together and we love it! 

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role – knowledge of email marketing best practices, including mobile-first optimization, hyper segmentation, A/B testing, related metrics and KPIs

  • A "Builder" Mindset - you are a proactive person who enjoys creating things from scratch. You don’t just wait for instructions - you identify gaps and "build" the solutions to fix them

  • Independent Decision-Maker - you are a well-structured person who knows how to make things happen. You are not afraid to take responsibility for your campaigns and make decisions to improve performance

  • Adaptability - you are a fast learner ready to adapt to a dynamic digital environment and carry out continuous improvement activities

  • Talented verbal communicator with strong copywriting skills

  • Experience with SalesForce CRM Platform will be an advantage

  • Experience with HTML will be an advantage

  • Excellent literacy in Bulgarian and English is a must
