As our B2B Country Leader, you will be instrumental in forging strategic partnerships and driving significant business growth by offering our diverse range of products and gift cards to companies, partners, and individuals. This is a high-impact role where your excellent selling skills and business acumen will directly contribute to our success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving B2B Sales & Business Development: This is a core focus! You'll be responsible for actively selling DECATHLON products and gift cards to businesses and partners, identifying new opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Building Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with corporate clients and key business partners to significantly expand DECATHLON's B2B footprint.
  • Leading and Empowering: Manage and motivate your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Shaping Commercial Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Commercial Direction Team to align B2B sales strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Representing DECATHLON: Serve as a key ambassador for DECATHLON Bulgaria in external engagements, industry events, and partner negotiations.

What you'll bring:

  • Exceptional Selling Skills: A demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets and a passion for closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Autonomous and Results-Oriented: You are a self-starter who thrives with independence and is highly motivated by achieving tangible results.
  • Proven B2B Experience: A strong background in B2B sales and business development, with established networks and a deep understanding of the Bulgarian market.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Leadership Potential: Experience in managing teams or a strong aptitude for leadership.
  • Language Proficiency: Minimum B level in English.
  • Proactive and Innovative Mindset: A creative approach to identifying new business opportunities and a "can-do" attitude.
  • High Integrity and Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for Sports: An affinity for sports and the DECATHLON brand is a plus!
